Reception & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle phone, email, and social media inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and handle basic concerns or escalations as needed.

Sales Support

  • Assist in presenting and promoting clinic services and wellness packages.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding treatments, services, and promotions.
