SUMMARY
Works under general direction to perform professional level medical or scientific research assignments related to particular or specialized field of endeavor.
Candidates with Ph.D.-level training in molecular & cellular biology, genetics, and/or genomics are preferred. Candidates with a master’s degree & relevant research experience in these areas will also be considered. Experience with large-scale data analysis using tools/languages such as Bash, Python, R, or MATLAB is needed. Must have strong analytical skills & interest in computational approaches to biological research. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
