POSITION SUMMARY:
The Repair and Maintenance Analyst manages maintenance/energy management service programs for all FedEx Office centers. The role provides the best combination of quality, price, delivery and service for FedEx Office branch locations by analyzing vendor performance to best support the centers. The analyst also manages warranty and preventative maintenance claims and coordinating with FedEx Office centers, vendors, landlords and other FedEx Office personnel.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage day to day coordination of external and internal vendors/partners
Track project costs and R&M expense costs to ensure compliance with budgets
