Looking for a Preventive Architect to proactively detect risks, prevent escalations, and ensure system stability using AI, telemetry, and predictive analytics .

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and refine early warning indicators for customer risk, system degradation, and escalation potential
• Analyze telemetry, operational data, and historical patterns to detect preventive opportunities
• Design and evolve preventive scenarios and mitigation strategies
• Trigger and coordinate preventive actions before issues materialize
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Support, and MCC teams
