Who We're Looking For

You are a project manager who actually manages — not someone who updates a spreadsheet and calls it coordination. You own the board. You know what's in flight, what's overdue, what's waiting on compliance, and what's blocked on a decision. You surface the right information to the right person before they have to ask. You'll inherit a functioning marketing department with two VAs already in place. Your job is to run it — own their task assignments, manage quality, handle compliance routing, and keep leadership informed without burying them in updates.

What You'll Own

• Day-to-day project management across all active marketing deliverables
• Task assignment and output oversight for two marketing VAs
• Compliance routing — every piece of content that requires review is submitted on time, to the right contact, with zero last-minute scrambles
