Remote IT Virtual Assistant — CRM & Automations

LD CALL SERVICES SAS is looking for a proactive I.T. Virtual Assistant to support our Digital Technical Project Manager in managing workflows and digital automations. This full-time position requires availability during EST hours and involves working with various CRM tools to maintain smooth operations across teams.

Key responsibilities include setting up CRM systems, supporting automation workflows, and ensuring effective data management. A minimum of 1 year in a technical support or operations role is required along with advanced English proficiency.
