Remote Genesys Cloud Engineer — Integrations & CCaaS

Ust is seeking a Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to develop customer experience flows and build integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs. This position is fully remote based in Spain, but candidates can visit the Madrid office monthly.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years in contact-center development, experience with Genesys Cloud, and proficiency in English (B2+/C1). Join Ust and help us support continuous improvement in our contact center platform.
