Reliability Engineer

Here at Kellanova, youll play a key role in keeping our site running at its bestimproving the reliability of critical production assets and making sure our equipment performs safely, consistently, and to standard. Youll do this by developing, implementing, and continuously improving maintenance and reliability strategies that reduce downtime, extend asset life, and support our high-performing teams on the factory floor.

In this role, youll report to the Reliability Maintenance Planning, Facilities and Utilities Manager and work at the heart of cross-functional deliverypartnering with Maintenance Execution, Continuous Improvement, Operations, Environmental Health and Safety, and Quality Food Safety to identify loss, remove recurring issues, and drive sustainable reliability improvements.
