Responsibilities:
Implementation and continuous improvement of the Reliability Action Plan for mechanical seals at customer facilities (Tarragona)On-site support for assessment, diagnosis, and installation of mechanical sealsExecution and monitoring of scheduled equipment inspection routes within the plantConducting root cause analyses of recurring failures to improve MTBRMaintenance of documentation and tracking in contract or management systemsMonitoring of critical equipment (“bad actors”) and development of corrective actionsPreparation of structured inspection and condition reportsQualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical fieldProven experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and instrumentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in failure analysis<...
