Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Primary role of the Reliability / Project Engineer is to identify, manage, improve equipment run time and preventative maintenance program. At the same time, the role requires hands‑on work through design, install and commissioning of projects.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Carry out daily checks on refrigeration equipment and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
• Monitor and adjust equipment to lower utility costs
• Tour (Gemba Walk) the facility on a regular basis to ensure equipment and building is safe
• Continuously develop preventative maintenance programs along with programs to respond to unexpected or emergency situations
• Track building and equipment repair. Monitor the performance of equipment, which includes monitoring preventative maintenance and safety programs
