Release Train Engineer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Release Train Engineer position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves planning for the team, including Pre-Planning and PI Planning Events, and representing the team in Scrum of Scrums. The ideal candidate will drive agile execution to meet business outcomes, perform hands-on training and coaching in all aspects of Lean-Agile, and help lead teams to embrace a learning mindset. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
