Role Overview: We’re looking for a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for taking care of the complete life cycle of Corporate Customers spread across the country availing Chai Point Brewing Bots Solutions Key Responsibilities: Managing the complete lifecycle of the Customer to deliver a delightful experience. Finding new growth opportunity from the existing clientele like deployment of Chai Point brewing solution at their upcoming & existing locations Educating customers about the new products getting added. Understanding Customer issues and resolving the same by coordinating with different departments. Co-ordinating with the Finance team on Invoicing, Payments & reconciliation. Always keep DSO (Days of Sales outstanding) under 45 days Taking care of customer requirement Maintain Customer satisfaction score....
