What do I need?

• Strong commercial lending experience, including complex deal structuring
• Advanced credit skills—cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and risk assessment
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships, with a focus on business development
• A well-established network of referral sources and the confidence to expand it
