Regulatory Operations Program Manager

About the Role

As the Senior Program Manager, Regulatory Operations & Readiness, you will serve as the connective tissue between Compliance, Legal, Global Ops, and Customer Success — ensuring that regulatory changes are translated into operational reality on time and with documented controls. You will own the Compliance Readiness Framework for new launches and regulatory updates, manage ERM/REAF issue tracking, and ensure that every new country entry or product launch is supported by a complete Consumer Protection and Privacy playbook. This is a senior individual contributor role (L3) requiring the ability to work autonomously across complex, multi‑stakeholder regulatory programs.
