Regulated Building Materials Environmental Specialist

We are currently seeking a Regulated & Hazardous Building Materials Professional with a preferred 1-3 years of experience to support our growing program. This position requires an intermediate level of technical working knowledge of New York State Code Rule 56, as well as other federal, state and local regulations pertaining to hazardous and regulated building materials. The ideal candidate will have interest, experience with building inspections, lead testing, as well as abatement project monitoring. A successful candidate would be self- motivated with the willingness to learn, train, and build their knowledge through classroom and project experience. As this role requires working on various active construction sites, the candidate should enjoy time in the field and be able to work independently and responsibly.
