-5 days work week
Responsibilities:
-Handle court users' enquiries over the counter as well as manage virtual counter operations for online court users and provide concierge support at self-service ekiosks
-Provide administrative support involving backend registry and court operations and record management through use of filing and e-systems as needed
-Draft simple correspondence
-Serve court documents when needed at both FJC premises as well as external locations within Singapore
-Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Proficient in MS Office, technologically inclined with skills in video conferencing applications
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer-Service Oriented
