Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition, vital signs, symptoms, pain levels;
• Continuously monitor and report changes;
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts;
• Administer medications (oral, IV, injections) and follow the rights of medication: right patient, drug, dose, time, route;
• Monitor for side effects or adverse reactions;
• Recognize patient deterioration early;
• Initiate basic life support (BLS) and assist in emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Post BSc nursing with minimum 5 years experience;
• Department experience of ICU, OT, A&E;
• MNB registered or willing to register (preferred).
