Registered Dietitian- Nursing Home

A beautiful, privately owned skilled, long term care, nursing facility located near Peekskill, NY is looking for a strong Registered Dietitian.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Registered Dietitian:

  • Direct, supervise and coordinate all the functions and activities and related to clinical nutritional care.
  • Develop, or review and revise, and implement policies and procedures to assure compliance with JCAHO standards, and federal and state regulations, laws, and guidelines.
  • Develop the monthly Performance Improvement Clinical Nutrition Report.
  • Develop and implement plans to facilitate the provision of high quality and appropriate nutrition care to residents.
  • Participate or lead interdisciplinary teams, committees, and FS mangers meetings.
