Registered Dietitian - Outpatient Pediatric GI

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Dietitian - Outpatient Pediatric GI

In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for providing optimum nutritional care to patients admitted to inpatient units or in outpatient clinics. Care provided through nutrition screening, assessment, support, counseling, metabolic monitoring, and medical team communication. Act as an ambassador for nutrition services while delivering world class care.

Job Responsibilities:

Completes initial nutrition assessments and reassessments in accordance with departmental policies and guidelines. 

Develops and implements evidence-based nutrition care plans tailored to patients medical conditions and needs.

Evaluates and monitors the effectiveness and outcomes of medical nutrition therapy intervention and follows up as patient needs change.
