Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and implement strategies and goals through effective management of the Spain North and East region sales team.
• Lead, coach, mentor and support a team of Account Managers and Application Consultants.
• Lead a sustainable and predictable business that delivers success to both Leica Biosystems and customers.
• Foster a culture of opportunity management through SalesForce.com following LBS’ standard work; continuous improvement on opportunity management agility, focus on accuracy of expected close dates, and winning probability.
