• This role manages the effective and efficient execution of all operational systems, processes and policies in support of the Company’s mission, vision, and values.
• This position serves as an extension of the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations, directly supervising all department managers; executing strategy, providing direction and ongoing training to ensure members receive outstanding customer service, by a friendly staff in exceptionally clean, well-maintained facilities.
