Refunder

We are looking for a Refunder for a part-time and fixed-term position to strengthen our Helsinki Airport Refund team from June to September 2026. The working hours in this role will be between 14 to 28 hours per week, meaning two to four shifts per week. As a Refunder you will support the team in providing best possible customer experience while refunding VAT and controlling export of goods from Finland at Helsinki Airport.

What You’ll Do

Refunder is not just a typical customer service role – it offers you the possibility to work in an international and dynamic environment with multiple cultures and languages when at the same time focusing on creating a great customer experience. The position also provides a great insight to the Tax Refund industry.

Our Refund offices at the airport operate from Monday to Sunday from early morning to late evening. We are looking for someone who can work between 9 am to 10 pm during weekdays and weekends.
