What We Offer

The Refrigeration Technician supports the Covestro Refrigeration Group and various Business Units with troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating process refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with anhydrous ammonia and will work 12 hour rotating shifts.

This role competitive bi-weekly pay with scheduled increases. This is a full-time role that includes annual bonus potential, generous paid time off, 401K with company match, retirement contribution, tuition reimbursement, parental leave and medical, dental and vision coverage (no waiting period).
