Referral Program Manager

About the Role

Work on-site role as a Referral Program Manager to design, implement, and manage our teacher-to-teacher referral initiative. This role will encourage current educators on our platform to refer qualified teachers, helping expand our teaching community and strengthen our recruitment pipeline. At least 5 years related working experience. Combine expertise in recruitment marketing, community engagement, and data-driven program management to build a sustainable and motivating referral ecosystem for educators. Directly manage 2-3 people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the teacher referral program framework, including policies, incentive models, and tracking mechanisms.
