Role Overview

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Reference Data Services Analyst – Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Reference Data Services Analyst 2 – C10) based in Changi, Singapore. The role is part of the Client Reporting Unit and involves supporting daily operations through meticulous preparation of reports and ensuring system data integrity. The position includes direct interaction with clients and bankers and contributes to key projects.

Responsibilities

• Day to day oversight and contribution to the creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data within multiple systems across multiple teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to data quality and client service levels.
• Act as backup for manager, providing direction and guidance to team, evaluating performance, and identifying training requirements.
