The Recruitment Specialist – Manpower is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s workforce needs. This role focuses on high-volume and strategic recruitment across various departments, ensuring that staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and timelines.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, job fairs, and other channels.
- Conduct job postings, resume screenings, initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with department heads.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are in line with company policies and labor laws.
