Recruitment Partner (Senior)

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients.
This role helps scale search execution by improving coordination, documentation quality, and communication cadence across consultants, candidates, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
• Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
• Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
