We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter with strong experience in the manufacturing sector to join our team in Singapore. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our clients’ manpower needs. This role requires excellent networking skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles (production, engineering, operations, quality control, supply chain, etc.).
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
