Job Description :

Candidates Search & Selection •Searching and hunting qualified candidates based on clients’ requests •Interviewing and evaluating to select the most suitable candidates before transferring to clients •Manage and consult with Clients in candidate selection process. •Assist the negotiation process between Clients and candidates. •Handle any complaints from clients / candidates. •Help the successful candidate through their transition into client′s organization. •Follow up the recruiting process until finishing the guarantee time •Ensure the Executive Search & Selection service to be on time with good quality of candidates Business Development: •Look for potential clients, maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information •Meeting customers to understand their inquiries and resolve customers′ claims or concerns if any Job Requirement : •Have at least 02 years of work experiences in Sales or recruitment •High energy, ...
