Job Description

• Responsible for supporting the overall recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage candidate databases, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• They may also assist with onboarding and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
