Job Opening: ABA Recruiter

Location: South Africa - Remote (US Hours - 9am - 5pm EST)

Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Proactively source and recruit qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff . Actively search for candidates through Linked In, job boards, networking groups, and industry platforms , rather than relying solely on inbound applications. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening calls, and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers and clinical leadership. Track candidates and manage recruitment pipelines using the company’s applicant tracking system. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
