Real Time Analyst

Responsibilities

• Full understanding of RTA/Workforce tools
• Highly proficient in MS office tools
• Inputs daily exception request and update schedules
• Monitors and manage site activities to support service level agreements
• Reviews intra-day staffing requirements and schedules
• Maintaining records of employee attendance and tardiness for payroll purposes
• Managing staff schedules, including creation of new schedules or adjustments to existing ones
• Analyzing data to determine staffing needs and workflow patterns to recommend changes to improve efficiency
• Coordinating with management to ensure effective use of staff resources
