As aReal Estate & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day workplace experience for our Helsinki office, ensuring a safe, engaging, and efficient environment while supporting global workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day facility operations for the Helsinki office, analyze and supervise the maintenance and purchase of office supplies and equipment.
  • Act as the main-contact for landlord, building management, and vendors, running office daily operations, security, maintenance, and services.
  • Partner with local leadership, , CIT and other teams for any related projects and initiatives for the Site.
