Real Estate Development Mgr

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Real Estate Development Manager implements all Real Estate Initiatives as directed by the leadership team at FedEx Office. The responsibilities include market planning, performance modeling, new centers, downsize in place/relocations and lease portfolio management. The Real Estate Development Manager is assigned to a specific region of the country and is responsible for engaging the field Operations team on a regular basis to ensure positive communication.
