R&D Formulation Specialist
Main Responsibilities
Prepare approved product formulations and new developments at laboratory and pilot plant levels.
Evaluate physical‑chemical parameters of formulated products and their rheological behaviour.
Conduct studies on stability and robustness of the formulations.
Conduct efficacy tests and other evaluations to determine performance characteristics such as primary detergency, white maintenance, staining, colour protection, corrosion, foaming capacity, dissolution speed, among others.
