R&D Engineer (Access Network)

Responsibilities: Provide expert support for AXON Networks' product features. Design, develop, and refine algorithms, including troubleshooting and bug fixing. Drive innovation in managing access networks, setting the direction for next-generation software solutions for network access technologies. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative products that meet the needs of global ISPs.

Requirements: Technical Skills Master’s in Telecommunications or related field (PhD is a plus). Experience working on physical layer of communication systems.
