KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Host and guide clients through various shooting and outdoor experiences in a professional and engaging manner.
- Deliver clear firearm safety briefings and hands-on instruction to individuals and groups.
- Ensure strict adherence to all range safety protocols, firearm legislation, and operational procedures at all times.
- Oversee daily shooting range operations, including setup, maintenance checks, and closing procedures.
- Manage firearm, ammunition, and equipment inventory accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready environment throughout the facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences aligned with a premium hospitality standard.
