SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours:: 4x10s, 730a-6p
" Charting: Epic
" Weekend Requirement: Possible weekend coverage
" RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission.
" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
" Vacation Requirement: Must be available to work/take call one vacation per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)
" Locals Accepted? No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria
REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

" ARRT Registered - Either RESUME or VI
" BLS (AHA)
" Pending License Accepted: Virginia state license preferred. Any active state license (in hand or pending) is accepted. Virginia will grant emergency authorization to ...
