R2R Accountant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordination and collaboration of monthly closing tasks, leading the activities concerning the closing.


• Collaborate with U.S. and Canadian markets.


• Responsible for the general ledger accounts and its journal entries, including accruals, provisions, and prepayments.


• Responsible for balance sheet reclassifications and revaluations, VAT offset, Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet review prior to the production of the monthly financial accounts.


• Intercompany accounting.


• Asset accounting (depreciations) and lease accounting.


• Responsible for preparing and maintaining the supporting documentation concerning the Balance Sheet reconciliations.


• Cash Reporting.


• Supervise preparation of cash flow forecasts.


• Resolve issues detected in quality controls (e.g., VAT code, currency, legal entity…).
