Job Description & Requirements
- Quantity take-off and generation of Schedule of Quantity
- Request for quotation from vendor and preparation of subcontract agreement and / or purchase order.
- Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction, construction and post construction stage.
- As and when required, you could also travel to and visit work site
- Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers of specified materials
- Assist Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
