Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

(1) To take off quantities from drawings and prepare BOQ.

(2) To prepare and submit monthly payment claims.

(3) To evaluate and certificate progress claim of suppliers/ subcontractors.

(4) Taking off quantities, BQ Preparations, pricing, preparing BBS, method statement, risk assessment, and preparation of tender submission and questionnaires obtain quotation from subcontractors / suppliers.

(5) Coordinate with the contractor/client for the worker deployment.

(6) Site measurement, Project admin and documentation.

(7) Assist in HR and finance related work where necessary.

(8) Using AutoCAD to produce necessary drawings.

(9) Any other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

(1) Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or their equivalent.
