- Tender Process
- Site visit
- Tender Clarification
- BOQ and measurement
- Cost estimation
- Negotiation with sub-con and suppliers
- Source for products, materials, or equipment for projects
- Tender submission / Prepare quotation to client
- Letter of award to subcontractor/supplier
- Coordinate with site for subcon and contractual issues
- Process progress claim to clients
- Evaluate progress claim from subcontractos
- Manage variation orders / Final Account
- Able to perform site quantity surveyor duties, if required
- Maintain proper documentation
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or any construction related degree is preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry
