Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Chinese technical staff in quantity take-off and cost estimation
- Support preparation and submission of progress billing applications to the employer
- Assist in the preparation and submission of variation orders (VO) and related claims
- Work closely with the Contract Engineer on contract administration and documentation
- Perform quantity measurement and calculations based on project drawings
- Support cost monitoring and project evaluation for road and bridge works
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in construction or Quantity Surveying rolesProven experience in road and bridge engineering projects
