Quantity Surveyor: Pre/Post Contract & Cost Control

CMC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist with taking off quantities, contract administration, and preparing variances and claims. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying and 1-2 years of experience in building projects.

Applicants should possess strong analytical skills, be organized, and able to work independently. Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus. We need someone who can start at short notice.
