Responsibilities

• Estimate the costs of materials, labour, and equipment required for a construction project.
• Develop and manage the budget for the construction project, ensuring that costs stay within the budgeted amount.
• Work with architects, engineers, and other professionals to plan and coordinate the construction project, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and administer contracts for the construction project, including negotiating terms and conditions, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Control costs throughout the construction project, including identifying and reducing waste and managing changes to the project scope.
