Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Preferably Mechanical or Industrial)
• Experience-5-7 Years in similar role.

Responsibilities

• Preparing baseline Bills of Quantity reports from Engineering Drawings.
• Convert and validate Engineering outputs, prepare, and provide data input files for ERP system for costing, revenue, and accounting purpose.
• Prepare comparison reports for Initial Bills of Quantities and Actual Quantities.
• Preparation of preliminary cost estimates and cost plans of a pipe shop fabrication project.
• Prepare Cost Estimates and preparation of pricing documents such as for Post Award changes, variation, and additional work.
• Identify new/additional Billing Quantities compared to existing Schedule of Rates.
• Provide input for Finance department for monthly and quarterly revenue recognitions.
