Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bengaluru Years of experience: 3-7 years Key Responsibilities: • Conduct cost estimation, cost control, and cost forecasting for construction projects. • Prepare tender documentation including pre-qualification documents, tender invitations, and tender evaluation reports. • Conduct cost analysis for value engineering initiatives and cost-saving opportunities. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Tendering Engineer in the construction industry. • In-depth knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and tendering processes. • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlin...
