Quant Trader Developer

About the job

Quant Trader Developers are responsible for the design, implementation and on-going support of trading strategies. This includes applying quantitative financial methods to financial markets, developing trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, execute, maintain and evolve trading strategies as determined by their Team Leader or Head of Trading Desk
2. Define, analyse and solve complex financial market problems using quantitative methods
3. Use statistical and quantitative methods to ensure strategies are systematic and research driven
4. Collect, clean, and interpret financial data to find trends and patterns
5. Analyse, compare and report differences between test and live trading results
