Responsibilities:
Perform on-site inspections at supplier location.Verify criteria highlighted in recent SCARs, confirming corrective actions.Dimensional compliance to the engineering prints and tolerances.Revision control and CIS (component inspection standard) adherence.AQL (Acceptable quality limit) sampling and random lot checks.Document findings with photos, measurements, and standardized reports.
