<div><b>About the Role:</b><br /> Reporting to the Vice President of Innovation & Technology, the Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet regulatory, customer, licensor, and internal requirements while driving sustainable improvements across the organization.</div> <div>This hybrid role combines quality assurance leadership with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize product quality.
